The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality will present information and answer questions about proposed actions to prevent chemicals from getting into the Willamette River from the Arkema, Inc. site. The site is located at 6400 N.W. Front Avenue on the west bank of the Willamette River, upstream of the railroad bridge at river mile seven and adjacent to the Portland Harbor Superfund site.
