The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has officially launched a new environmental complaints system that includes a toll-free hotline that Oregonians can call to report environmental problems or violations. People can also access and submit an easy-to-use complaint form to DEQ via its environmental complaints web page at: http://www.deq.state.or.us/complaints/rep.htm .
