ENVIRONMENTAL HEARING BOARD UPHOLDS $80,500 PENALTY AGAINST MOBILE HEALTH SERVICE COMPANY

NORRISTOWN — The Environmental Hearing Board has upheld the Department of Environmental Protection’s $80,500 civil penalty against MOST Health Services Inc. of Voorhees, NJ, for conducting unauthorized X-ray health screenings at three locations in Pennsylvania.

DEP ORDERS SINKHOLE STABILIZATION, CULVERT RESTORATION IN EAST ROCHESTER

PITTSBURGH - The Department of Environmental Protection issued an administrative order to seven property owners today to repair and restore flow to a blocked and partially collapsed culvert located beneath properties in East Rochester, Beaver County.
