These Changes Only Apply to Commercial Fishing

New York State Food Fish Permit Holders:

* Effective Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 00:00 hours,the daily trip limit for SCUP is set at *70 pounds*.

* This trip limit will remain in effect until further notice.

This action is taken pursuant to the quota distribution schedule of subdivision 40.1(1)(3)(5) and (u)(4) of 6 NYCRR.

Postcards have been sent to appropriate permit holders.
