TCEQ Edwards Aquifer Protection Program Update

*Change to Geologic Assessments in Applications Submitted to the **Edwards Aquifer Protection Program (EAPP)*

As of November 1, 2018, Geologic Assessments (GAs), included in applications submitted to the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program (EAPP), will expire ten years after the date of the original certification date on the GA. EAPP plan applications which were under review prior to November 1, 2018, will not require a new GA if the GA is older than ten years.
